Refurbishment and expansion of a CNG fueling station serving Pierce County transit buses.
EFS West refurbished a CNG fueling station serving transit buses in Pierce County, Washington.
The work included installation of a new ANGI compressor, valve panels, storage and dispensers. New system piping, main gas and electrical services, and PLC control panels were installed and integrated with the existing compressors and dispensing equipment.
The completed system included three 1,500 SCFM ANGI compressors, nine storage vessels, a PSB dryer and three transit dispensers supporting up to 100 transit buses daily. The project was completed between December 2011 and June 2012.
